The small cup lid machines, model 420 and model 450, are mainly used for producing products made of PET/PS/PVC materials. The standard model can produce products with a maximum depth of 45mm, while customized models can produce products with a maximum depth of 70mm.

They are mainly used to produce coffee lids, salad bowl lids, sushi box lids, biscuit trays, plates, blister pack packaging, urine testing cups, trays for oral liquids, etc. The products have a wide range of applications; only the mold needs to be changed to produce different products.

This cup lid machine is very convenient, from feeding the sheet material, heating it on the heating plate, shaping it with the forming mold, to punching, cutting, and stacking. Packaging personnel only need to be at the rear of the stacking station to package the products.

This small cup lid machine requires little investment and uses inexpensive molds, making it suitable for customers with low production volume but a wide variety of products.

The drawbacks of this cup lid machine are that it cannot process PP materials, its output is not very high, and there are requirements regarding the depth of the products.
